Cancellation Policy
• We allow free cancellation for Registered users of https://rauzaninternational.com. This facility will be avail only during the “Out For Delivery” status time. They may cancel their orders from “My Orders” in “My Account” till the order is “Out for Delivery”.
• For guests and unregistered users, please contact us via Contact Us link, for cancellations

Refund Policy

• For online payments, if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, we will deduct 10% of the total order amount and the balance will be refunded within 10 working days.
• For Cash orders, if order is cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order is confirmed & cash collected by our agent, we will deduct 20% of the total order amount and refund the balance within 10 working days.
• In both the payment modes, if order is cancelled after 24 hours and before the order is “Out for Delivery”, we will deduct 30% of the total order amount, and refund the balance within 10 working days.
